Our team is currently expanding, and we are looking for hardworking individuals to join our crew immediately. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, gaining valuable experience in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Perform general cleanup of the construction site, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with foremen, crew leaders, and other team members.
- Assist with basic carpentry, masonry, or framing tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Stand for extended periods and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
