What You’ll Do:
As a Laborer, you will support our skilled tradespeople and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials on-site.
- Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for construction.
- Tool Operation: Assist in the setup and maintenance of basic tools and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with construction sites is a plus but not required.
- Must be punctual and willing to work a full schedule.
