Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various aspects of the build process, such as framing, drywalling, or finishing.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as required for the job.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
