Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately distribute construction materials and tools to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, excavation, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred but not required).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is a plus.
- Must be available for full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
