Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction activities including site preparation, cleanup, and organization.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and transport them to work sites.
- Follow site instructions from foremen and supervisors to ensure project progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and digging as required.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a physical outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
