Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and leveling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as carpentry, drywall, or concrete work.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor and stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
