Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform general laboring duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Follow instructions from foremen and site managers to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn correctly at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills are a plus.
