Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and equipment following safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout workday
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
