Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use at the job site.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers, cement mixers) under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and roofing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
