Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific regulations at all times.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Perform minor site preparation and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
