Your Responsibilities
As a Laborer at Apex Construction, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your duties will include:
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and site preparation.
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks and organizing the job site efficiently.
- Operating basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Ensuring the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Performing digging, leveling, and general cleanup as required by the project manager.
- Transporting debris and waste to designated disposal areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are physically fit and eager to learn. The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
