Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting materials, operating hand/power tools, and site cleanup
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hat, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and project preparation
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to construction site regulations
- Participate in project-specific training sessions to develop construction skills
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project goals and deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to site supervisors
- Support various construction phases from site preparation to finishing work
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically strenuous tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
