Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks or delivery vehicles.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools, including forklifts, jackhammers, and generators, under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, drywall, concrete pouring, or roofing tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, and hauling materials.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and safety signs is a plus.
- Willingness to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team.
