Responsibilities
- Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining structures per project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate machinery (excavators, jackhammers) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Read blueprints and collaborate with skilled tradespeople
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (Class C)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/drug screening
