Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Assist skilled craft workers (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and job site preparation.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of job sites to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools in accordance with safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
