Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities such as framing, drywalling, or masonry.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or job orders to understand task requirements.
- Perform daily site inspections to ensure all safety regulations are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are preferred.
