Key Responsibilities
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. Your duties will include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins.
- Operating basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Preparing and cleaning work areas, including debris removal and site organization.
- Reading blueprints and following verbal instructions from site supervisors.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to get their hands dirty. Requirements include:
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and safety practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
