Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks per blueprints
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily timecards and safety checklists accurately
- Adhere to project schedules and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
