Your Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment safely.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
• Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
