Your Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team setting.
