Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain organized work sites
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and inclement weather
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends as needed
