Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including demolition, carpentry, and masonry.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation under supervision.
- Perform general labor duties as directed by the Site Supervisor or Foreman.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team setting.
