Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and haul them to job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators, under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste sorting.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and scaffolding.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the trades.
