Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation and grading
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, bulldozers)
- Install/assemble construction materials (concrete, steel, drywall)
- Maintain strict OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unhaul materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform structural framing and finishing work
- Document daily progress via digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid Class B CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Proficient with power tools and heavy machinery
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (5am-4pm)
