Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on job sites safely and efficiently.
- Site Prep: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground under direct supervision.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and power equipment, such as pressure washers, generators, and hand tools, in strict compliance with safety standards.
- Trade Support: Provide hands-on assistance to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, hauling trash, and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train motivated individuals. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are the primary requirements.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to measure distances and quantities accurately using simple tools.
- Teamwork: Must be a reliable team player who communicates effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid state-issued ID or driver’s license.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is mandatory.
