Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties at construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and strictly following safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints and instructions when necessary.
- Perform site preparation, digging, and basic leveling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
