Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and transporting construction materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with on-site projects and tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific guidelines.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions when applicable.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
