Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and loading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Unload trucks and organize materials at the job site.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
