Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and foremen with various on-site tasks including site preparation, demolition, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific rules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred but not required.
