Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and grading operations
- Construct/repair foundations, scaffolding, and structural frameworks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, concrete mixers) safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Install/drywall, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and material handling
- Maintain OSHA compliance and site safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills
- Experience with power tools and heavy equipment
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
