Your Role
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Transport materials from trucks to work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Assist in digging, leveling, and preparing surfaces for construction.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
