Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Perform general cleaning and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Measure, cut, and assist in the assembly of building components.
- Perform basic site preparation and excavation support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
