Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled trades with tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and demolition
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for project execution
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with material handling and inventory management
- Participate in team briefings and project progress meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
