Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Clean work areas, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for construction activities.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools (hammers, drills) under supervision.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, framers) with daily tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Heavy Lifting: Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work, including weekends and overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Documentation: Must provide valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background and drug screening process.
- Teamwork: Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team structure.
