Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and site preparation
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely (hammers, saws, shovels)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites according to safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
