Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material preparation and equipment setup
- Maintain job site safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist in erecting temporary structures and scaffolding
- Complete daily site inspections and report hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
