Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools safely (hammers, shovels, saws) and equipment under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and digging as needed

Qualifications
