Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) and power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support skilled trades with general labor tasks
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
