Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions from supervisors
- Assist in setting up and dismantling temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety barriers
- Report hazards or maintenance issues promptly to site supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
