Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and organize them at the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, leveling, and cleaning.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, safe, and organized in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport materials to and from different areas of the construction site.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
