Responsibilities
- Assist with Construction Projects: Support the site team in various activities including framing, drywalling, and concrete pouring.
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Site Preparation: Help clear debris, dig trenches, and set up scaffolding or work areas.
- Operate Basic Tools: Use hand and power tools correctly under the supervision of a foreman or lead.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work completed meets the project specifications and quality standards.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates. A willingness to learn is essential.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform heavy manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods outdoors.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the job site.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available for full-time work, including weekends and potential overtime during peak seasons.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
