Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and transport them to job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and measurements.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management.
- Follow all safety protocols (OSHA) to ensure a secure work environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare building materials accurately.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and crew members.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset.
