Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including digging, hauling, and material handling.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and trash disposal.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under direct supervision.
- Measure and prepare materials as directed by project managers and foremen.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
