Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and trash.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
