Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to job sites.
- Assist in the preparation of work areas and site cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials with precision.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members.
- Perform physical labor as required to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (Entry Level Friendly).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
