Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations at all times.
- Prepare surfaces and materials for assembly and installation.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to ensure accurate work.
- Perform general labor duties as required to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and construction site procedures.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
