Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and drywall installation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and moving dirt.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area to ensure a safe environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Experience with construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
