Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment on and off construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and setup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and excavation support.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and job site plans.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and site etiquette.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a cohesive team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work at various heights when necessary.
- Must be available for full-time shifts.
