Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation and assembly tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
