Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up materials.
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or as a laborer is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
