Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and framing.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation, grading, and concrete setting.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools under supervision.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on concrete.
- Reliable transportation to and from various job locations.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
